Kentucky Family to Family Health Information and Education Initiative is a network for families that have children with special health care needs. We offer opportunities for families to connect with one another to share experiences, information, and/or support. In Kentucky several thousand children have chronic or acute health conditions that may limit their school and play activities. All children deserve quality health care. We, as families of people with special needs, often find that our best source of information, resource and support comes from other families who have lived with similar experiences. Thank you for helping us build a family to Family resource network in Kentucky. Where do families turn
for guidance? A friendly voice? Words of encouragement? |
